Transformed Teen Ministry

In a society where the onslaught of modern media is increasingly causing both teens and parents to be distracted from that which is most important and more concerned with the ‘cares of this world,’ it is our goal/mission in the Transformed Teen Ministry to be as John the Baptist by turning ‘the hearts of the fathers back to the children, and the disobedient to the attitude of the righteous, so as to make ready a people prepared for the Lord’ (Luke 1:17).  By doing this we intend to shape and mold our teens into future leaders and Ambassadors for Christ who will themselves go out and make Disciples for our Lord Jesus Christ.”  The participants of this ministry annually go through a curriculum that teaches them on purity and ends with a “True Love Waits” ceremony . They are also taught on finances, games, drug & alcohol abuse, being the best they can be through good study habits in school, career goals and planning, etc.  Transformed Teen Ministry participants also get involved in Christian concerts, evangelistic plays, and mission trips.
